Conditions of Use

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the 994bet platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any other policies or guidelines referenced herein or published on the 994bet website. These documents collectively form the entire legal agreement between you (the player) and 994bet.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 994bet platform and must not register an account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.

994bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or through an on-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Where required by applicable law or regulation, changes will take effect only after the required notice period has elapsed.

To register and use a 994bet account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 994bet is strictly an adult platform. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful, and 994bet takes all reasonable steps to prevent it.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not hold 994bet accounts.
• You must not be a 994bet employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity under applicable law to enter into a binding contract.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law at the time of use. It is your sole responsibility to verify your local legal position before registering.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period, whether imposed by 994bet or any recognised responsible gambling body.

994bet collects date of birth at registration and verifies age as part of the account verification process. Identity documents — including a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — may be requested at any time to confirm that the eligibility requirements above are satisfied. Accounts where age or identity cannot be confirmed to 994bet's satisfaction will be suspended pending verification.

Each eligible person may register only one 994bet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, a different device, a different IP address, or any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering, you are required to provide the following information accurately and completely:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your national identity card or passport)
• Date of birth
• Bangladeshi mobile phone number (used for OTP verification and account communications)
• Email address
• Preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account details)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 994bet username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 994bet will never ask you for your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 994bet support immediately at [email protected].

994bet employs OTP (one-time password) verification for new device logins. This is a security measure designed to protect your account. You must ensure that the mobile number registered to your 994bet account remains active and accessible to you at all times. Failure to maintain access to your registered mobile number may delay account verification and withdrawals.

994bet operates a BDT-native wallet. All account balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka. Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through the payment methods listed below. 994bet does not accept cash deposits, bank cheques, or cryptocurrency transfers.

All withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method and account that was used to make the original deposit, subject to the KYC verification requirements set out in Section 3. 994bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Deposits made using bonuses or promotional credits are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5. Only cleared, non-bonus funds that have met all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. 994bet processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes indicated above under normal operating conditions. During periods of high demand — such as BPL finals or major ICC tournament days — processing times may be extended by up to 24 hours.

994bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of issuance — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions — in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Maximum bet while using bonus funds is ৳500 per spin or per bet. Wagers above this limit placed while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.
• Eligible games vary by promotion. Some bonuses are restricted to specific game categories (e.g., slots only, live casino only, cricket betting only). Check the individual promotion page for details.
• One bonus at a time. Only one active bonus may be held in a 994bet account at any time. Players must opt out of a current bonus before claiming a new one.
• Bonus expiry. All bonuses expire within the timeframe stated on the promotion page. Expired bonus funds and associated pending wagering requirements will be removed from the account without notice.
• No cash equivalent. Bonuses have no cash value until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full and a withdrawal has been successfully processed.
• Abuse prevention. 994bet reserves the right to decline, cancel, or claw back any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or any strategy that 994bet determines to be exploitative of the bonus terms.

994bet may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time with or without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of their opt-in, unless the modification is required by law or regulatory direction.

As a registered 994bet user, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — personal, recreational online gambling — and to do so in a manner that is lawful, honest, and consistent with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 994bet:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using a false identity, a third party's identity, or automated registration tools
• Using software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to automate gameplay, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes in the sportsbook or casino to place bets that you know are incorrectly priced
• Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of guaranteeing mutual profit or circumventing game rules
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting on sporting events listed in the 994bet sportsbook
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the 994bet platform, including its games, RNG systems, or software
• Using 994bet for any money laundering activity or for the transfer of illegally obtained funds
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 994bet support staff or other users through any channel
• Accessing the 994bet platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law

Any breach of the prohibitions listed above will result in the immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of all pending bonuses, and — where 994bet determines it appropriate — forfeiture of account balances and referral of the matter to the relevant authorities. 994bet cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh and internationally in matters related to fraud, money laundering, and match-fixing.

All content on the 994bet platform — including but not limited to the 994bet logo, brand name, website design, user interface, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 994bet or is used by 994bet under licence from its respective rights holders (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 994bet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial, recreational gambling purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any 994bet content
• Create derivative works based on any 994bet intellectual property
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the platform
• Scrape, index, or data-mine any part of the 994bet platform for commercial purposes

The game content provided by third-party studios on the 994bet platform remains the intellectual property of those studios at all times. 994bet is not responsible for any intellectual property claims arising from the use of third-party game content. Any such claims should be directed to the relevant studio or rights holder.

994bet provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 994bet takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, secure, and uninterrupted service, it does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, free from viruses or other harmful components, or available at all times without interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 994bet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

994bet shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether direct or indirect, even if 994bet was advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of anticipated savings
• Loss or corruption of data
• Losses arising from network outages, mobile carrier disruptions (including Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, or Teletalk service interruptions), or device failures on the player's end
• Losses arising from delayed or failed bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer transactions caused by the payment provider rather than by 994bet
• Consequential or indirect losses of any kind

994bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, incomplete, or unverifiable registration information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 994bet
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so

Players may also voluntarily close their 994bet account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance (net of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to satisfactory completion of all pending KYC requirements.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or a breach of these Terms, 994bet reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of its investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned in full. If a breach is confirmed, 994bet may forfeit all or part of the balance in accordance with the specific term that was breached.

994bet may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material — meaning they substantially affect player rights, obligations, or the bonus policy — 994bet will provide at least 7 days' notice via the registered email address before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 994bet platform after the stated effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using 994bet and may request account closure as described in Section 9.

994bet recommends that all registered players review this page at least once per month and whenever they receive a notification regarding a Terms update.
